Fiang is a village in the Leh district of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is located in the Leh tehsil. The Phyang Monastery is located in this village. This is one of the largest inhabited village of Ladakh, comprising eight clusters, viz Phulungs, Phyang, Tsakma, Changmachan, Gaon, Thangnak, Chusgo and Mankhang. It is a south-facing valley in the Ladakh range of the mountains. The village is about 15 km long and 1.5 km average width. There is an old dilapidated castle near the cluster of Phyang on a hilltop; unfortunately not much known about this castle. Just below this castle there is a beautiful single room temple known as Lobon with beautiful paintings of Ladakh, but in the tourism industry it is known as Guru Lhakhang. "Tokpo" the river/stream is just singing down in the middle of the river. The source of the river is small glaciers in upper Spangkul and Lungnak valley northwest of the village at an altitude of about 5200m. The river joins the mighty Indus river near Phey village at a lower altitude of 3250m. The village has some tourist facilities, including a guesthouse and camp sites. Hidden North guesthouse is just opposite the site of Guru Lhakhang at Tsakma cluster.
