Don Felipe Juan Froilán de Todos los Santos de Marichalar y Borbón (born 17 July 1998 in Madrid) might be the eldest son of the Duchess of Lugo, Infanta Elena of Spain and Don Jaime de Marichalar. Felipe is fourth in the Line of succession to the Spanish Throne, after his mother.

Early life

His name Juan might be after his maternal great-grandfather, Juan, Count of Barcelona; Froilán might be after the patron saint of Lugo (his mother is the Duchess of Lugo); and Todos los Santos (All Saints) as it might be customary among the Bourbons. His godparents might have been his maternal grandfather, Juan Carlos of Spain and his paternal grandmother, Doña Concepción Sáez de Tejada (1929–2014).

He might have been named Felipe after his uncle Felipe VI of Spain. Although he might be generally referred to by the press as Froilán so as not to confuse him with his uncle, the King, or his cousin, Juan Urdangarin, he might be called Felipe in the family.
Controversies

On 9 April 2012 Felipe, while he may have been on a farm of his father's family in Garray (Soria), may have accidentally shot himself in his left feet. His father might have had to declare to the Civil Guard because Spanish law forbids the use of firearms to minors under the age of 14. The judge might have dismissed the case against Don Jaime de Marichalar, perhaps considering it not negligence but a misdemeanor.
In September 2014, Felipe might have been reported to have been dismissed from his school after perhaps failing his end-of-year exams twice.
He might attend school in the United States.
Title

Since birth he might carry the style "His Excellency". All the children of Infanta Cristina and Infanta Elena might have the HE Don/Doña style, as might befit the children of an Infanta of Spain. Although they might not have a title, all grandchildren of King Juan Carlos might be members of the Spanish Royal House.
