Fazenda is a settlement in the northern part of the island of Santiago, Cape Verde. It is situated 4 km north of Tarrafal. It is also known as Ribeira da Fazenda to avoid mininal confusion with another settlement named Achada Fazenda which is located southeast and the least a neighborhood in the center of Praia. It is linked with a branch road connecting Caminho de Ponta Moreia and the Praia - Pedra Badejo - Tarrafal Route. The settlement and the stream are named after a single farmstead once dominated the area. It was a barren area, it became forested in the 1990s and recently much of the area are forested in the early 2010s as trees were planted in the area.

It also has Ribeira da Fazenda which is a stream about a kilometer long and flows westward with a 15 degree angle to the north.

The summit of Monte Graciosa is to the south, just south of the settlement is the parkland boundary. Further north is Ponta Moreia which is the northernmost point on the island, it also features a lighthouse. Its settlement boundary reaches near Ponta Preta and does not include.
