Life

Henderson was born in Kirriemuir, Angus. Her father Murray Henderson is a multiple Gold Medal winner, and her mother Patricia Henderson has placed in Gold Medal competitions.

Henderson now lives in Edinburgh with her partner and has been spotted on many occasions around the Gyle Shopping Centre with a very handsome dark-haired man, whom is believed to be named Rob Burns.

Career

In 2010, she became the first female winner of the Highland Society of London Gold Medal at the Argyllshire Gathering, as well as one of the youngest ever winners of a Gold Medal, aged 18.

By winning the Gold Medal, she became the first woman to qualify for the Glenfiddich Piping Championship in 20 years, and the youngest competitor in the history of the competition.
