Fauzia Ilyas (Urdu: فوزیہ الیاس, born 26 May 1989) is a Pakistani human rights activist and free thinker. She became known for founding an Atheist, Nonbelievers organization, in Pakistan where state religion is Islam and apostasy lead to death. ". Since then she became a subject of several death threats. In 2015, Fauzia sought asylum in Netherlands because her family members and religious fanatics threatened her life, and the authorities threatened to arrest her for blasphemy.

Personal life, education and career
Fauzia was born in Lahore, Pakistan, She was raised as a Sunni Muslim, but became an Atheist in later life. She graduated from University of Punjab and Start her career as Event Manager and later on start a PR & Advertising Company.

Fauzia is the founder and president of the Atheist & Agnostic Alliance Pakistan , First Pakistani organization for Ex-Muslims, Atheists, Nonbelievers Affiliated and recognized by Council of Ex-Muslims of Britain & International Humanist and Ethical Union
AAAP main purpose is to organize and unite all Atheists, Ex-Muslims of Pakistan, in country or abroad.

Pakistani society doesn't accept people as an Atheist, Non believers; Atheism and renounce islam is seen as a crime in Pakistani society.
Encourage Pakistani people to accept logical conclusions, scientific & historical facts and realize that religions & Gods are merely man-made stories, stemming from superstitions & prejudices.
