Fatih Emin Faner (born March 12, 1997) is a Turkish ice hockey defenseman and forward. He plays in the Erzurum Genclik SK and is a member of the national U18 as well as the junior team.

Fatih Faner played for the national U-16 team at the 1st Balkan Ice Hockey Festival held in Izmit, Turkey. He participated at the 2013 IIHF World U-18 Championships - Division III Group B in Izmit, Turkey on January 7-10 that ranked third. He was named tournament's Top Player on Team. He was member of the national team at the 2013 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships – Division III held on January 14-20 in Sofia, Bulgaria that placed 5th. He took part also at the 2014 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships - Division III matches played in Izmir, Turkey from 12 to 18 January 2014.
