Fatehapur Narayan is a village in Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh. It is at the border of Meerut district. Its boundary touches the Ghaziabad district. It has an intermediate college, which is run by the Subharti Trust. Mr Balraj Tyagi is the gram pradhan of this village. The main occupation of the people is farming. It has mango gardens. It produces good qualities of mangoes.
