Route description
FM 2519 begins at SH 4 in central Brownsville. It travels to the south and east along Billy Mitchell Boulevard before state maintenance ends at the entrance to Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport.
History
FM 2519 was originally designated in 1957 along its current route. In 1995, the official designation was changed to Urban Road 2519 (UR 2519); however, as with other urban roads, TxDOT still signs the route using the standard Farm Road marker.

The entire route is in Brownsville, Cameron County.
