Early life
Farah Mahmood was born in Lahore, Pakistan and spent her early childhood there, before moving to Saudi Arabia. She got married at a very early age and moved to London, UK and then later on settled in Dubai. Mahmood currently resides in Toronto, Canada. Mahmood is a mother of 4 children and is busy with her Fitness Training career as well as Mrs. Pakistan World title for 2013.

Mahmood represented Pakistan in the Mrs. Universe 2013 pageant which took place in Aruba. Mahmood placed in the top ten and won the title of Mrs. Universal Beauty 2013. This was a big achievement for Pakistan in the Mrs. Pakistan World section. Mahmood was the first ever Pakistani and Asian to win this award.
Other Work
Mahmood was also called to judge the Miss Pakistan World 2013 and Mr. Pakistan World 2013 beauty pageant. Mahmood was a special guest at the 11th annual Miss Pakistan World pageant along with celebrity guest Noman Ijaz
