He was born on March 12, 1956 to Shaikh Raheemullah Siddiqui and Mrs Masoom Jannat in Siwan, Bihar. He did his MA in Urdu.

Poetry

He is famous for his Books Naved-e-Sahar and Adhoori Baat. His poetry has been published in different Journals and Literary magazines in Bihar. He is famous for his books "Naved-e-Sehar" and "Adhoori Baat" which was published in 2007 and 2009 respectively. He has attended hundreds of Seminars, Mushairas in various cities of India and is the director of Anjuman Taraqqi-e-Urdu in Siwan which publishes journals & books in Urdu. His works have been commented upon and assessed by eminent scholars, poets and critics.

Lucknow Literary Festival 2013

Faheem Jogapuri participated in Mushaira conducted at Lucknow Literary Festival on 24 March 2013 in Lucknow. Along with him also participated were Munawwar Rana, Waseem Barelvi, Gulzar Dehalvi, Malikzada Manzoor, Aadil Rasheed and few other prominent shayars.
