Faggan Singh Kulaste (born 18 May 1959) was former Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare and a member of the 16th Lok Sabha (2014-2019). He represents the Mandla constituency of Madhya Pradesh and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) political party. He was minister of state in Vajpayee ministry from 1999.
