Faculty of Management Studies, Udaipur, or FMS Udaipur, was founded in 1982.FMS Udaipur is NAAC Accredited College 'A' Grade. FMS Udaipur has been ranked among the top three business schools in Rajasthan. FMS Udaipur comes under the aegis of Mohan Lal Sukhadia University (MLSU), Udaipur. The faculty was started at the campus of CCMS (Commerce College, MLSU, but now it has its campus with a library and other infrastructure. It is one of the oldest business schools in Rajasthan and has a strong alumni network.

The school offers marketing and finance programmes. It is situated on the campus of the MLSU. It offers programmes like MBA, MBA-FSM, MBA (E-Business, Rural Management, Mass Communication, Social Works), MTM, and also offer Doctoral Programmes(Ph.D) in Management and Tourism Related Aspect.
Admissions
Students are selected on the basis of CMAT score which is conducted for taking admission in Management Institutions. CMAT is conducted twice in a year by AICTE. Admission is conducted in September and February every year.
