Football Club Caspiy (Kazakh: Каспий Футбол Клубы, Qazaq: Kaspïý Fwtbol Klwbı) is a Kazakhstani football club based at the Zhastar Stadium in Aktau. The club name derived from Caspian Sea (Kazakh: Каспий теңізі). They play in the First Division. Their best year was 1996, when they finished 4th in Premier League and reached semi-finals of Kazakhstan Cup. In recent years the club is struggling to come back to Premierleague after they relegated out of it in 2001.

In 1979 — 1991 acted in the Soviet second league. With 1992 — plays in the championship of Kazakhstan. The best achievement — the 4th place in 1996. Since 2007 acts in the first league.
