Expo real 2015 highlights of day one
Expo Real (written EXPO REAL) is a trade fair for property and investment in Europe. It has been held annually since 1998 at the start of October at the Messe München exhibition center in Munich. The organizer is Messe München International.

In 2014 Expo Real extended to around 64,000 square meters of space. Gathered together at this event were approximately 37,000 participants from 74 countries, of which 19,100 were representatives from the 1,653 exhibiting companies. The 18th Expo Real takes place from October 5 to 7th, 2015.

Concept
The exhibition sections at Expo Real cover the entire value-added chain in the real-estate sector, extending from project development, consultancy and finance through to construction and investment. A detailed breakdown of this sector is set out in the nomenclature for the event. The participants in Expo Real come from all over the world, the majority from Europe. This focus is also reflected in the "Country Pavilions", or groupings of exhibitors from a particular geographical area at one joint exhibition stand. At Expo Real 2015, there will be pavillons from France (Club France), the Netherlands, United Kingdom and Heart of Europe.
Over the years thematic pavilions have also been introduced, covering key segments of the property sector: Currently there are joint stands for the segments of logistics (LogRealCampus) and the hotel business (World of Hospitality).
The theme of sustainable urban planning and development – which has relevance around the globe – is dealt with under the heading of "intelligent urbanization".
