Early history
Everyclick launched with an internet search engine powered by Ask.com, although it later switched to using Yahoo! in 2009. In 2008 the company added donation and sponsorship services to become an online fundraising platform.
In 2008, Everyclick was voted Website of the Year in the UK People's Choice Awards. It ran a competition to win a £150,000 outdoor poster campaign. Competitors include Justgiving and Bmycharity.
Give as you Live
In 2010, Everyclick launched a new product called Give as you Live, a directory of online retailers that donate a percentage of revenues to charity. This is facilitated by affiliate marketing technology and works similarly to other cashback websites like Quidco and TopCashBack, with the cashback directed to charity rather than to the user. Give as you Live is also available as a browser extension which alerts users to donation opportunities when they visit retailers directly.
