Eutatus is an extinct genus of large insectivorous armadillo of the family Dasypodidae. It was endemic to South America during the middle to Late Pleistocene, living from 1.2 Ma-11,000 years ago and existing for approximately 1.19 million years.

Taxonomy
Eutatus was named by Gervais (1867). Its type is Eutatus seguini. It was assigned to Dasypodidae by Carroll (1988).
Fossil distribution
The fossil remains are confined to Argentina.
