European Lacrosse Federation (ELF) is the sport governing body of men and women's lacrosse in the Europe. The 26 member federation has its headquarters in London, England.

The ELF sponsors the European Lacrosse Championships under field lacrosse rules, and the annual box lacrosse Aleš Hřebeský Memorial tournament in Prague. The Aleš Hřebeský Memorial tournament is the largest European box lacrosse tournament.

In field lacrosse, the main club competition is the Ken Galluccio Cup, where the winner of the league of each country join a tournament to decide the European champion of the year.
