Eupithecia actaeata is a moth of the Geometridae family. The species can be found from western Europe to Japan. In Europe, it is found from Fennoscandia to the Alps.

The wingspan is 19–24 mm. There are two generations per year with adults on wing from the end of May to August.

The larvae feed on Actaea spicata. Larvae can be found from June to September. It overwinters as a pupa.
