  • sweetfish 200g
  • rice 180g
  • water parsley 50g, crown daisy 30g, green chilli 30g, sesame leaf 10g
  • water 2L
  • vinegar, doenjang, gochujang
  • Method

    1. Remove viscera and wash fish well in cold water
    2. Soak rice in water
    3. Make dough
    4. Cut green chilli, sesame leaves
    5. Boil doenjang, gochujang, ginger
    6. Boil water parsley, crown daisy, green chilli, sesame leaf
