Description

The size of the mollusks shell reaches up to 60 mm in length and is dirty yellowish white in color. The shell is coarsely ribbed and contains growth lines.

Distribution

This particular species of marine mollusk is found throughout the Mediterranean sea from England to Portugal. It only has one kidney, a single pair of gills and a single auricle in the heart.
