Eucalyptus fulgens, commonly known as green scentbark, is a eucalypt that is native to Victoria.

The tree typically grows to a height of 12 to 20 metres (39 to 66 ft) with rough bark that is coarsely furrowed to the small branches then having smooth branchlets. Adult leaves are glossy green and lance-shaped with a blade that is approximately 18 centimetres (7 in) long and 1.8 centimetres (0.71 in) wide. It blooms from January to March producing white flowers.
