Bell made her international debut for the Australian Netball Diamonds during the 2011 Netball World Cup in Singapore. However, she did not play in the Grand Final against the Silver Ferns. Bell also played a pivotal role in earning Australia their second Constellation Cup title in 2011, by replacing Nat Medhurst at GA during the third and deciding match in Melbourne. After not making the Commonwealth Games Team in 2014, she was selected to co-captain the Australian Fast5Flyers later that year at the Fast5Netball World Series in Auckland alongside Claire McMeniman. The team finished second, losing to New Zealand who took out the title. Bell worked her way back in to the Diamonds squad which resulted in her selection for the 2015 Netball World Cup in Sydney. In 2016 she was named for the second time to represent Australia at the Fast5 Netball World series in Melbourne in 2016. The team made it to the Grand Final where they again fell to reigning champions New Zealand.
