Epermenia profugella is a moth of the family Epermeniidae. It is found in northern, central and eastern Europe.

The wingspan is 8–10 mm. The forewings are dull greyish bronze, tinged with fuscous. The hindwings are dark grey.

The larvae feed within the seedheads of Pimpinella species, including Pimpinella saxifraga. The species overwinters in the pupal stage within a cocoon.
