Epermenia falciformis is a moth of the Epermeniidae family. It is found in Great Britain, Fennoscandia, Latvia, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The wingspan is 9–11 mm. Adults are on wing from June to July and again from August to September in two generations per year.

The larvae feed on Angelica sylvestris and Aegopodium podagraria. They larvae of the first generation feed in spun leaves of their host plant, while larvae of the second generation lives in the umbels of the host. Pupation takes place in an open network cocoon amongst detritus on the ground.
