Endre Grastyán (b. Oriszentpeter, February 25, 1924, d. Pécs, June 17, 1988) was a Hungarian doctor, physiologist, professor, and member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. He was a groundbreaking researcher in physiology, studying under Janos Szentagothai. His students include Peter Somogyi and Tamas Freund.
