Elvis Fatović (born 8 May 1971 in Dubrovnik) is a former Croatian waterpolo player and until recently coach of waterpolo team Jug from Dubrovnik.

Elvis Fatović is one of the best Croatian players in history. In his rich career he played for Jug and Mladost. He was left offensive player. His career started in famous Jug from Dubrovnik, Croatia but in 1992 signed for biggest rival Mladost from Croatian capital Zagreb. With Mladosti he won the Croatian Championship and Cup in 1993, after that he returned to Jug and continued his marvelous career. With Jug he won 5 Croatian championships and 6 Croatian cups. Two times he led Jug in winning European championships in 2001 and in 2006, he also won LEN cup in 2000. For Croatian national team he played 128 times and won silver medal in European championship 2003 in Kranj, Slovenia. With junior national team of Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia he also won two decorations, in 1989 World championship gold medal and in 1990 European championship gold medal.

He ended his career as a player in 2007, since then he was senior team coach in his beloved Jug until the end of year 2011. As a coach he won two Croatian cups, Jadran waterpolo championship in 2008/2009 season and Croatian championship in 2008/2009 , 2009/2010 and 2010/2011. In January 2013 he was appointed as Head Coach of the Australian Men's water polo team,
