Elmer W. Holm (January 14, 1906 – October 8, 1992) was an American football player and coach. He was the 21st head football coach for Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. He held the head coaching position for six seasons, from 1936 until 1941 with an overall coaching record at Washburn of 23 wins, 31 losses, and 3 ties. This ranks him seventh at Washburn in total wins and 23rd at Washburn by winning percentage.

Following his career at Washburn, Holm spent the 1942 season as an assistant coach at Nebraska.
