Elizabeth was an electoral district of the House of Assembly in the Australian state of South Australia from 1970 to 2006, and will be again from 2018. The district was based in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, named for the suburb of Elizabeth.

Though Elizabeth was historically a safe Labor seat, it was held for a time by independent-turned-Labor MP Martyn Evans.

Elizabeth was renamed Little Para which took effect at the 2006 state election. Little Para was renamed back to Elizabeth with effect from the 2018 election after another boundary redistribution.

Second incarnation

The redistribution which will take effect with the 2018 state election renames Little Para back to Elizabeth, and moves the boundaries further north. It will consist of the suburbs of Blakeview, Craigmore, Elizabeth, Elizabeth Downs, Elizabeth East, Elizabeth Grove, Elizabeth Park, Elizabeth South, Elizabeth Vale.
