Elbey Mirza-Hasan oglu Rzaguliyev (Azerbaijani: Elbəy Rzaquliyev; June 17, 1926 – September 15, 2007) was an Azerbaijani Soviet artist and stage director, and father of artist Ayten Rzaguliyeva.

Titles

In 1964, Elbey Rzaguliyev was awarded the title of Honored Art Worker. In 1977, he was conferred a title of People's Artist of Azerbaijan and was a secretary at the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan. In 1988, he was awarded Shohrat Order of Azerbaijan for his merits in visual arts.
