Efim Lvovich Dzigan (Russian: Ефим Дзиган; 14 December 1898 – 31 December 1981) was a Soviet film director. Dzigan was born in Moscow. In 1938, his film If War Comes Tomorrow was presented in Cannes; in 1941, Dzigan was awarded the Stalin Prize for it.
