The Edwardsburg Marching Band from Edwardsburg, Michigan is a Flight III band consisting of 120 people. The band has done very well with a consistent record of 1st division ratings at Michigan School Band and Orchestra Association festivals.

Contents

Edwardsburg Marching Band has competed in the Flight IV ranking for MCBA. As of the 2010 marching season, the Edwardsburg marching band has been upgraded to Flight III. For the 2010 season, Flight III has enrolled student parameters of 740 to 1146. Student numbers are only taken for high school enrollment, following the guidelines of the MHSAA For the 2011 season, Edwardsburg was reinstated in Flight IV. As of the 2014-2015 season, Edwardsburg Marching Band competes in Flight III.

  • 2007 - Shades of Green - 6th place with a score of 75.70
  • 2008 - American Journey - 8th place with a score of 70.20
  • 2009 - Hopes & Dreams - 7th place with a score of 74.4
  • 2010 - Joy - Music of Joseph Curiale and Richard Saucedo
  • 2011 - Insomnia - 9th place with a score of 72.67
  • 2012 - The Sound of Music - did not achieve State
  • 2013 - Tonight! - did not achieve State
  • 2014 - Broken - did not achieve State
  • 2015 - To Conquer All - achieved State
  • 2016 - Out of the Wild - achieved State

    • Performances

    In addition to MSBOA marching band festival and MCBA competitions, the band performs in the Niles Apple Festival Parade, the Blossomtime Grand Floral Parade, the Homecoming Parade, and the Memorial Day parade.

    Trips

    The band travels around the state of Michigan for marching band competitions in the fall, and takes trips in the spring over spring break. The trips include
