2012 Osienski was unopposed for the September 11, 2012 Democratic Primary and unopposed for the November 6, 2012 General election, winning with 7,445 votes.

2010 When Republican Representative William A. Oberle, Jr. retired and left the District 24 seat open, Osienski won September 17, 2010 Democratic Primary with 581 votes (70.9%), and won the November 2, 2010 General election with 3,531 votes (68.4%) against Republican nominee Abraham Jones.
