Edward Engerud (February 13, 1868 – January 8, 1921) was an American attorney who served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of North Dakota from 1904 to 1907.

Engerud was born in Racine, Wisconsin. He was the son of Lars Engerud and Christine (Bakke) Engerud, natives of Norway, who came to America in 1852. In 1881 he moved to Fergus Falls, Minnesota. After being admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 1889, he practiced law in Fergus Falls before moving to North Dakota]] in 1889. He died unexpectedly of a heart attack at the age of 52.
