Eddie Galan is a Los Angeles-born acting manager, songwriter, record producer and music manager. Galan is the Founder and CEO of Mach 1 Management, a talent first, 360 multihyphenate management group which bridges the gap between the digital and the traditional. He studied film production at Occidental College in Los Angeles and began a successful career in music songwriting and production right out of college.

2006–2008

Galan was one of the producers of the High School Musical soundtrack, producing and singing backgrounds on the B5 version of "Get'cha Head In Da Game". The album topped the Billboard 200 chart twice and was certified 5x Platinum by the RIAA.

Galan produced, vocal arranged and sang backgrounds on B5's "Shining Star" on Disney's Hannah Montana soundtrack, an album which twice topped the Billboard 200 and has been certified triple platinum by the RIAA.

Galan also co-wrote and produced the Clique Girlz's "Incredible", which was used as the theme song for the 2008 Beijing Olympics as well as being a featured song on the 2008 Olympics Team USA Soundtrack.

2009–2010

In 2009, Galan placed three cuts on Mitchel Musso's debut self-titled album, "Us Against the World", "Movin In" and "Stuck on You". He also had success internationally with multiple major label placements in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and Mexico, where Galan produced "Freakshow" for debut artist Victoria. The single became a new Top 10 hit in Mexico in its first 2 weeks on the charts.

Jan 2010, for National Grammy Career Day, Galan was a member of the Grammy's Producer's panel, alongside Jimmy Jam, Keri Hilson, Danja Handz, and Anthony Hamilton.

Galan collaborated and worked heavily with a wide variety of established acts, including Danja Handz, Jacob Latimore (Jive Records), Jordan Knight of New Kids On The Block, the Backstreet Boys, El Debarge, The Cab (Warner), Ryan Cabrera, AllStar Weekend (Hollywood), School Boy Humor (Vagrant), Raven-Symoné, Jasmine Villegas (Epic), Jon B., and Frankie J.

2011–2013

2011 brought another #1 album to the table (Lil Eddie), along with a top #3 single with Mayra Veronica's "Freak Like Me." Mach 1's expansion into Japanese and KPop markets proved to be incredibly successful as well. In 2012, Galan and his team achieved Top 10 single status in Canada and France with Audio Playground's "Famous." R&B legend Ginuwine began collaborating with Galan on 4 new original songs and Galan wrote and produced YouTube worldwide sensation Sophia Grace's first single. In addition, Galan also wrote and produced 2 songs on Universal Record's Twinkle Toes Soundtrack release.

In 2011, Eddie Galan began representing clients of his own, taking on then 16-year-old actress/singer Kiersey Clemons, as his first management client.

2013 brought work with Akon, Universal Republic's Aaradhna Patel, which went #1 on Itunes R&B/Soul Charts, Decca Universal's Bo Saris and the album title track for XFactor finalist Reed Deming's debut EP.

2014

Moving towards the executive side of the business, Eddie Galan began working as an A&R Coordinator for the band O-Town, while also creatively working on 3 songs as Vocal Producer, as well. The album debuted on Sunday, August 24th and immediately shot to #10 on the iTunes Album Charts.

2015

Eddie Galan stopped his work as a songwriter/producer to focus solely on his management company.
