Ed Strachar (born August 17, 1960) is an American Author, Inventor, and Spiritual Healer.

Early life and education
Ed Strachar was born in the USA. He attended Locust Valley High School, and spent a couple of years studying in different universities. He took up Bachelor of Science at the State University of New York College at Oneonta (1978 – 1981), and at the University at Buffalo (1981 – 1983). The next year, he took Graduate Studies at New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering (1984 – 1985), and Executive MBA at the University of Southern California (1986).
Career
Educated an Electronics Engineer and Mathematician from the State University of New York at Buffalo, soon after he graduated he invented a microchip used in Modern Aircraft, Satellites & Missiles that quickly became a leading edge product and has sold well over $200 Million worth.
He built a $150 Million product lines in both publishing and creating breakthrough Learning Products such as the Interactive Reading Teaching Tool System called Reading Genius is also the author of Into the Genius Zone (1988), Magical Concentration (2000), The Performer’s Edge (1995), Genius Skills (2004) and Energy Healing and the Sixth Sense (2004).
Strachar has worked with CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, Military Academies such as West Point and the US Air Force Academy, Russian Medical Schools, Olympic athletes and the Youth-at–Risk organizations. He also supports and provides healing services for Orphanages in Nepal, India and the Philippines without charge.
Strachar came to be best known for his Reading Genius Program, Ed has trained many of the fastest readers in the world and has developed leading edge methodology and software to help people and students.
Ed claims to heal people remotely regardless of distance or condition, under his Healing Genius Methodology, using what he terms “Higher Dimensional Energy” simply by phone or internet and has demonstrated healing to large groups of people at a time.
Strachar is also a Yoga/Meditation instructor, expert on Eastern Methods of Energy Healing and Concentration, and is also a Mental Training/Peak Performance Specialist with Athletes.
Ed’s Special Charity is dedicated to orphans. He has assisted orphans in many Countries including Russia, Thailand , Burma, Nepal, India, Philippines, and USA. He once gave out free healing sessions in exchange for donations for an orphanage in the Philippines. The donations from one of his clients, Terry Hawkins, who is also an author, was used to provide desktop units at the orphanage.
