East Groin (77°39′S 160°57′E) is a narrow rock spur that forms the east wall of Flory Cirque on the south side of the Asgard Range, Victoria Land. The descriptive name was given by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names in 1976 and is in association with the nearby West Groin, which was named by the British Antarctic Expedition, 1910–13, under Captain Robert F. Scott.
