East Fork (Western Apache: Hawúʼishįįhé) is a census-designated place (CDP) in Navajo County, Arizona, United States. The population was 880 at the 2000 census.

Geography
East Fork is located at 33°48′1″N 109°55′43″W (33.800242, -109.928566).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.9 square miles (7.5 km2), all land.
Demographics
As of the census of 2000, there were 880 people, 209 households, and 169 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 305.9 people per square mile (118.0/km²). There were 228 housing units at an average density of 79.3/sq mi (30.6/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 99.55% Native American, 0.45% White, and no Black/African American, Asian, Pacific Islander, other races, or two or more races. 0.68% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There were 209 households out of which 41.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 41.6% were married couples living together, 29.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 19.1% were non-families. 16.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 1.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 4.21 and the average family size was 4.64.
In the CDP, the population was spread out with 40.7% under the age of 18, 10.7% from 18 to 24, 26.4% from 25 to 44, 17.6% from 45 to 64, and 4.7% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 24 years. For every 100 females there were 96.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 100.8 males.
The median income for a household in the CDP was $15,208, and the median income for a family was $20,000. Males had a median income of $14,125 versus $16,034 for females.
