e.surv is a chartered surveyor company based in England, United Kingdom. It is a provider of residential and real estate valuation and review services.

Company History
e.surv started business in 1987, when e.surv was part of General Accident, but wasn't formally separated as a business from the Estate Agency division until 1992. In 1999, it rebranded from GA Valuations to become e.surv Chartered Surveyors.
In 2004 e.surv and sister company, YOUR MOVE left Norwich Union to create LSL Property Services PLC. LSL Property Services PLC continued its expansion through the acquisition of Reeds Rains Estate Agency, Homefast Property Lawyers, St Trinity Asset Management (formerly Halifax Corporate Services) and Templeton LPA. In 2006 LSL Property Services was listed on the UK Stock Exchange in a £220m floatation.
About The Company
e.surv offers real estate valuation services, including customer and corporate services. A report is created which is intended to help customers to make decisions with respect to their house valuation. Some of the services are -

Ronan Jennings has joined e.surv in January,2014 as Managing Director.
Richard Sexton
Richard is the Director of Business Development for e.surv. He joined the LSL Property Services Group in 1991, and has held a number of management positions in Property Services, Asset Management and Valuation Divisions. Richard is also recognised media commentator.
