Dzhida (also given as Nyangi or Eleagnus) is an air base in the Lake Baikal region of Russia. It is a large fighter base with small revetment groups scattered around the airfield.

It has been home to:

  • 2 Gv BAP (2nd Guards Bomber Aviation Regiment) flying Su-24M aircraft as recently as [1991].
  • 21 BAP (21st Bomber Aviation Regiment) flying Su-24.
  • On rare occasion the airfield's name appears as Eleagnus, which is Latin for the Russian word dzhida (Elaeagnus) although the name Dzhida is derived not from plant name but from Buryat ƶede ‘copper’.
