Dynamic Leap Technology Inc was founded to provide software development services and consultancy to the North American market. Their clients include FreshGrade, Mogo, ShareSmart, Shotlister, RCCbc, and Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Although Dynamic Leap has developed applications for Mac OS X and Windows operating systems, their primary focus is mobile development The founder, Andrei Iancu, has maintained his role as CEO since the company's inception.

Andrei is a committee member of the Vancouver iDev meetup group, and maintains his role as treasurer .
