The frames come in a range of colors and are made from many different types of materials, for example rustic reclaimed wood frames, chipboard frames, and expensive wood frames. Most of the pieces that are to be signed and dropped in the box are made of wood.
Personalized
These guest books are typically personalized, either with laser engraving or painting. The names of the bride and groom, person's birthday, or who the event is for is made to stand out. Many drop top guest books have a center piece that is engraved or painted and mounted within the frame itself. Others have the names and/or date engraved or painted on the frame.
