Career
Russell signed with USL Pro club Charlotte Eagles in July 2014 and made his professional debut on July 20, 2014 in a 2-1 victory over Dayton Dutch Lions.
After Charlotte's moved down to the USL PDL, Russell signed with Pittsburgh Riverhounds on February 10, 2015.
