Dreamstyle Remodeling is an Albuquerque, New Mexico remodeling products retail company.

History

The company was founded in 1990 in the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico. A new twenty thousand square foot showroom was opened in 2014 in the city. The company later opened an additional New Mexico office in Santa Fe, in addition to offices in El Paso, Phoenix, Prescott, Tucson, and San Diego County. In the summer of 2015 the company opened an office in Boise, Idaho. It also purchased Scottsdale, Arizona area design-build firm Legacy Design Build Remodeling. Dreamstyle Remodeling is a member of the 50 member steering-committee of the Remodeling Futures Program, run out of the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University. It has also been a sponsor for the New Mexico Humanitarian Awards.

Retail lines

In 2007 Dreamstyle began operating a franchise of Renewal by Andersen, having previously sold products including Four Seasons Sunrooms as well as Cal Spas products. The Renewal by Andersen products led to an increase in the company’s sales, while the company continued to sell its previous lines alongside it. In 2013 the company had about $28 million in revenue.

People

The company’s owner and CEO is Larry Chavez and the firm’s marketing director is Dawn Dewey.
