Education and training
Steinbrech received a Bachelor of science degree in biology from the University of Iowa College of Liberal Arts and Sciences in 1988. Then, he attended medical school at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine where he graduated in 1994.
Career
Steinbrech has been certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 2006. He is currently a clinical instructor at New York University, practices at Gotham Plastic Surgery, and is a member of several medical societies including the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Medical Association.
