Douglas Jennings (born 24 September 1966) is an English sculptor.

Jennings studied figurative sculpture at Stafford Art College and was inspired by the works of Bernini and Michelangelo.

Between 1999 and 2003 he specialized in portrait sculpture for Madame Tussauds and was responsible for waxwork models of Ken Livingstone, Charles Kennedy, Robin Williams, Nicolas Cage and others. Among his notable works are a statue of Dodi Fayed and Diana, Princess of Wales, "Innocent Victims", commissioned by Mohammed Al-Fayed for Harrods in 2005 and one of footballer, Johnny Haynes at Craven Cottage in 2008.
