Fictional character biography

Double Dare consists of a pair of sisters, Aliki & Margot Marceau (the short-haired Margot is the elder sister by four years). They are thieves who are also the star acrobatic performers of the travelling Cirque Sensationnel, using their acrobatic skills to commit their crimes. Although they primarily work out of Paris, they seem to be infatuated with Nightwing and bothered him occasionally in Blüdhaven after incurring the wrath of the city's crime lord Blockbuster with their thievery.
In Infinite Crisis, Double Dare became a members of the Secret Society of Super Villains.
One year later

After the One Year Later event, Double Dare were hired by Cheshire in an attempt to destroy the Secret Six. They faced Deadshot in a park with his wife and child, who ran away once the duo showed up. Being without a weapon, Deadshot could only fight, and was easily defeated by both of them, about to be executed until his wife threw him a gun, allowing him to get the upper hand. Deadshot was about to kill them both but allowed them to escape, not wanting to shoot them in front of his daughter.

Double Dare recently resurfaced in France, battling the third woman to call herself the Crimson Fox. The Double Dare sisters were defeated by the Crimson Fox with the aid of the Global Guardians, who were in France to recruit the new Crimson Fox for the team.

On the cover of Justice League of America #13 (Vol.2), it shows Double Dare as a member of the new Injustice League.
