Early life and career
Ipson attended Panguitch High School and later earned his BA in Accounting and Business Administration from the LDS Business College. Ipson lives in St. George, Utah and is the CEO of DATS Trucking.
Political career
During the 2016 legislative session, Ipson served as the Chair for the House Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee along with sitting on the House Political Subdivisions Committee, and the Infrastructure and General Government Appropriations Subcommittee. Ipson also served on the State Water Development Commission.
