Dominic Cifarelli is a founding member and guitarist for the Montreal-based band Pulse Ultra and is the bassist for Scars on Broadway. Cifarelli also has solo project called The Chronicles of Israfel, and released the debut Starborn, Tome I, in July 2007. He is currently working on the followup.
