2015 – Doeren Mayhew acquired dental CPA firm, Davis + Davis.
2014 – Doeren Mayhew spun off its investment banking practice into a new investment bank, Doeren Mayhew Capital Advisors.
2013 – Doeren Mayhew merged with insurance agency Wolf-Hulbert to form Doeren Mayhew Insurance Group, LLC.
2012 – Doeren Mayhew merged with Houston-based, MFR, P.C.; moved its Troy headquarters to the Columbia III building at 305 West Big Beaver Rd.; and opened a Ft. Lauderdale office.
2010 – Doeren Mayhew merged with Houston-based TR Moore & Company.
1996 – Mark Crawford was voted as Managing Shareholder of the firm.
1984 – The firm's name was modified to Doeren Mayhew & Co., P.C.
1979 – Doeren Mayhew & Co. moved to its offices to Troy, Michigan.
1951 – The firm changed its name to Doeren Mayhew & Co. and relocated the company offices to Detroit.
1944 – Bruce R. Mayhew was named a partner.
1941 – Bruce R. Mayhew joined the firm.
1932 - Karl M. Doeren founded the firm as Karl M. Doeren & Co. in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan.
