The school provides primary education from kindergarten to fourth standard. After fourth standard the student gets a formal transfer certificate from St. Joseph's English Primary School and becomes eligible for admission to Dnyanmata High School to continue education from fifth standard to tenth standard in English Medium.
Dnyanmata High School has classes from fifth to tenth in Marathi medium and classes from first to tenth in English medium. The strength of the school is about 3000 to 3400.
The principal is Rev.Fr.Arockia Samy and the Astt.Principal(Headmistress) is Sr. Sheryl Lobo. DHS supervisor is Mr. Selveraj Joseph Sir.

Facilities
Dnyanmata High School has two playgrounds. The one on the front side is bigger and standard football field size ground mainly for High School Students. It has a smaller playground mainly for primary school students. Both the play grounds have stadium-like seating arrangements for the audience. The annual sports day is held on the ground.
The smaller playground has an open air theater/stage where annual parents day events are organised also short program such as Diwali functions and Christmas are also organized by the organizing committee
The school has two science laboratories and a computer lab with about 100 computers. It has an audio-visual hall where students are explained topics of school syllabus with the assistance of an LCD projector.
The school has Chemistry, Biology and Physics laboratory, and a library. Educomp has arrived in St. Joseph's English Primary School from Std.1 to Std.4.

A committee organizes the inter-house competitions.
The teachers are also divided in the four houses. The organizing committee is neutral. Each house has Director and an Assistant Director. Besides, the Student's council is also set up to coordinate various activities. Each house in the school is provided with a Leader and his Deputy with a view to develop leadership qualities among students.
Prices and Awards
In the school, many competitive exams are conducted and many sports matches are conducted. In that Students who are on the first, second and the third place are awarded a medal and a certificate. Competitive exams like NSO, IMO, IEO, NCO conducted by Sofworld British council. NISO, NIMO conducted by eduheal foundation and iOS, iOM, IGK conducted by silver zone foundations are also conducted in this school. For Higher classes SSC is conducted. In sports Cricket, Football, softball and other outdoor games are conducted and students which have won the competition are awarded with Medals. Annual exams such as Scholarship, HJbhabha exams are also conducted.
